Terms and Conditions

The contract regulates the rental of smart lockers for the temporary storage of personal belongings and the recharging of electronic devices, in exchange for the price publicly displayed on the website.

The user selects locker size, duration and station, provides an email address and a payment method, and accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Once payment is confirmed, the user receives a numerical access code (PIN) by email and on the success page. The PIN is single-purpose: it must be entered on the station keypad to open the locker.

The service is considered activated from the moment the user receives the PIN. The Provider does not deliver any physical product; the service consists of the right to use a locker for the contracted period.

The Provider is not liable for failure to use the service if the user provides incorrect or incomplete information at the time of booking.

In accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the user has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with Article 103.a of the same law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed (the booking period has elapsed) or has commenced with the prior express consent of the user.

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum — all processed via Redsys.

An invoice will be issued upon request to info@itslockers.tech.

The user undertakes to use the locker diligently and only for the storage of personal belongings of lawful nature.

It is forbidden to deposit hazardous, flammable, perishable, illegal substances or items, animals, or any object whose storage may cause damage.

The user must safeguard the access PIN and not share it with third parties. In case of loss, theft or unauthorised access, the user must immediately notify the Provider so the locker can be blocked.

Damage to charging cables: €50 per cable rendered unusable.

Cleaning required due to user damage (vomiting, urination, spillage of liquids or food deteriorating the locker): €150 cleaning fee.

Vandalism or any inappropriate use: full repair costs plus a penalty equivalent to the rental of the affected lockers during the days they remain inoperative.

The user may extend the booking through the website at the published extension rate.

If items are not collected by the booking expiry, the system enters extended-service mode and additional charges apply automatically. The Provider reserves the right to remove items from the locker after a reasonable grace period and store them for collection at the user's expense.

The Provider is liable for the proper functioning of the locker. The maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the rental.

The Provider is not liable for the value of items deposited by the user, who is solely responsible for what is stored.

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in case of force majeure, power failure, network outage or third-party hardware failure.

The Provider may suspend or terminate the user's access to the service, in whole or in part and without prior notice, in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, vandalism or any conduct contrary to applicable law.

The exercise of this right does not prejudice any other legal action available to the Provider, including claims for damages.

The Provider may modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to each booking is the one in force at the moment the booking is placed.

If any clause of these Terms is declared null, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a competent authority, such nullity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to bind the parties in full.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile, the place of fulfilment of the obligation, or where the locker is located, at the user's choice.
